Shipping
Order Processing:
All orders are processed within 1–4 business days.
Processing times may be extended during releases or high-volume periods.
Estimated Delivery Times:
- U.S. Orders: 3–7 business days
- International Orders: 7–14 business days
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. L’Ricco is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other external factors.
Shipping Costs:
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight.
Tracking:
Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking and ensuring correct shipping details at checkout.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the limited-release nature of our products, all sales are final.
We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for:
- Incorrect sizing
- Change of preference
- Fit or style dissatisfaction
Please review all product details and sizing information before purchasing.
Damaged or Defective Orders
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 72 hours of delivery at support@lricco.com
Include the following:
- Order number
- Description of the issue
- Photos showing the defect/damage
Upon review, L’Ricco may offer (at our discretion):
- Replacement of the same item (if available)
- Store credit for the value of the item
No refunds will be issued.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Once an order is placed, it cannot be edited or canceled.
Fulfillment begins immediately to secure limited inventory.
